Recycle Your Used Cell Phone to Help Domestic Violence Victims

We, at Women's Self-Defense Institute, are always looking for new ways to engage the community in raising awareness and providing support to end Domestic Violence.

We believe we have done just that with our "Recycle Your Old Cell Phone" fundraiser to raise funds for domestic violence programs. Many of the phones will go to domestic violencde victims for use in emergency situations, with others sold to provide funds for shelters and social service providers.

Our Fundraising Goal for May 15 - June 15, 2008 is 300 Cell Phones. Help us make a difference! Donate your cell phone today - save a life - save the planet!
